Can I return or exchange my wig?
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges may only be considered if the wig is returned in its original, unused condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the lace has been cut, the wig has been worn, or any styling products have been applied.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we offer reliable nationwide delivery across South Africa.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, subject to stock availability, and are dispatched once a week.

We deliver nationwide using PAXI. Delivery fees apply and will be communicated when your order is confirmed.
How do I care for my wig?
To keep your wig looking beautiful and extend its lifespan, gently detangle it using a detangler brush, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots. Lightly spray the wig with water before brushing to make detangling easier. For added softness and easier maintenance, apply a detangler spray suitable for your wig type (synthetic or human hair blend). These products are available at Clicks and many beauty supply stores.
For curly wigs, lightly mist the hair with water, gently detangle using a detangler brush, and apply a curl activator to help define and refresh the curls. You may also use a wide-tooth comb if needed, although this step is optional. Curl activators are also available at Clicks and other beauty retailers.
To preserve the curl pattern while sleeping or storing your curly wig, loosely divide it into two braids (plaits). This helps maintain the curls and reduces tangling, keeping your wig looking its best for longer.
